When this arrived at my table, trust me, I was ready. The bread was very light, nicely grilled on the outside, with layers of breaded eggplant on the inside. Red bell pepper, with the skin off, a bit of mixed greens, finished off the layering on the inside of this delicious sandwich. The mixed greens that accompanied my panini were very fresh and delicious, with a light dressing that I think was vinagrette. Definitely WORTH IT!
